Course Cancellation Terms & Conditions
- Cancellation by Participant
• Notice Period: Cancellations must be made in writing (email acceptable) at least 14 days before the course start date.
- Refund Policy:
• Cancellations made 15 or more days before the start date: Full refund (minus any admin fees). • Cancellations made less than 13 days before the course start date: No refund. • Non-attendance: Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
- Cancellation by Course Provider
• The provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrolment, instructor illness, or venue unavailability. • If a course is cancelled by the provider: • Participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to another course/date. • The provider is not liable for any personal expenses incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation).
- Transfer Policy
• Participants may request to transfer to another course or date, subject to availability and 3 days notice. • Transfer requests made less than 2 days before the course start date may incur an administration fee.
- Online Courses / Digital Content for in person courses. (Access send from 12 days prior to the course date)
• Once access has been granted to online content, refunds are not available unless there is a technical issue that prevents access. • Refunds are not provided for partial completion of the course.
- Exceptional Circumstances
• Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies, bereavement, or other serious personal circumstances, at the provider’s discretion. Proof may be required.
